the opportunity for a whole new development in the industry, that of the
notary signing agent, a mobile Notary Public who specializes in home loan
document signings. By providing this critical service, our clients enjoy

an increasingly consumer driven market. These closings can be provided
while the borrower is on vacation, at work or in the privacy of their own

A highly proficient and skilled staff of notary signing agents provides loan signing service to lenders, escrow agents, title agencies and national signing services. All signing agents are commissioned Notaries who strive to provide an uncommon degree of dedication in adhering to the Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility. Many of our notary signing agents are certified, while others are currently acquiring the skills, training and additional education to excel in this field.
Katlady'z Mobile Notary Service, LLC has a large database of notaries who work with us to provide the 24 hour service needed in even the most remote areas.
Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. During those hours we have a staffed office. In addition, we offer 24 hour service 7 days a week, so no question will go unanswered.
We cover all counties in all 50 states. Documents are sent directly to us and forwarded to the notary to make it easy for our lenders. We will be sure the notaries have all docs necessary prior to leaving for the appointment.
Email docs are usually sufficient and most lenders and notaries work easily from these. A second copy will be printed and left for the borrower. We ask that you include shipping accounts, instructions, color of ink as well as any special requests.
All fees are negotiable. Due to remote areas and weather conditions, some fees may be slightly higher.
